When you contact us for your design project, we will begin by requesting some basic information including the number of spaces you want designed (bedroom/s, living room, kitchen, etc), square footage and timeline expectation. We want to establish early on if we are the best fit for what you are looking to accomplish in your home and your timeline. Upon deciding to move forward, we will start the process by scheduling an initial 30min virtual meeting via Zoom to discuss your project and idea in more detail. This initial meeting is free.

From there, we will schedule an in-home consultation where we come out to assess, measure and see the space/s. This consultation is $200*. The fee is payable at the time of the consultation but can be deducted from the final cost. 

Pricing for our interior design service begins at $800 a room per room under 400 Sq ft. Our very collaborative approach with our clients looks to really understand their budget and practical needs for each project, while still looking to deliver their Pinterest dreams look!

CONSULTATION ONLY

Consultation will be $80 an hour. If you only wish to have a virtual consultation on how to make a space look better on your own, we offer a consultation only service. We will schedule a one or two hour Zoom call. We request you submit pictures and videos of the spaces 4-6 days prior to our meeting. During the virtual meeting we will make recommendations and offer you some tips and ideas of how you could possibly achieve your desired outcome.

CONSULT, DESIGN & DIY PLAN

Starting at $800 per room

This service includes an in-person consultation to discuss your dreams for your space. Within 7 business days, you will receive a 2D layout, design board and detailed plan for your consideration. After your input, you will receive a list of all recommended purchases, links/locations to purchase, and detailed instructions on where and how to install them to get the space you love!  

CONSULT, DESIGN & PROFESSIONAL INSTALL

Starting at $1,000 p/room

This service includes an in-person consultation to discuss your dreams for your space. Within 7 business days, you will receive a 2D layout, design board and detailed budget and timeline estimate. After your approval, our team will go to work purchasing, assembling, installing and adding the finishing touches to your new space! Furniture purchased at your cost.

During the design process, we will look at all aspects of lighting, color, texture, paint, furniture purchase and placement, flooring selection and installation, window treatments, and accessories to transform your new or existing house into a "home" one room at a time.

The full-service package includes:

• A concept board (with 3 revisions)
• Two scaled 2D renders of the space
• A floor plan of the space with furniture layout
• Shopping list with all items, including alternates for large items
• Purchasing of accessories
• Hands-on styling of the space

*This consultation is expected to take no more than two hours. Time beyond that may include an additional hourly charge of $80.
